Scope
The following applies to "my web content", which is hereby defined as:
- All you can download from any of my websites. At the time of writing these are accessible on the Internet domains vonabiszet.de, webfuersorge.de, zwergfell.de, and meinenserver.de, hermannfass.de and their sub-domains.
- Any content (forum postings, lyrics, prose, pictures, audio, video, etc.) that I publish on other websites.

I am the originator of all my web content unless I explicitely mention other contributors. Sources, cites, or re-published material from other authors are labeled and I provide the originators' names.

The German Copyright applies to my content. It incorporates the Berne Convention: Copyrights for creative works are implicitly granted at creation time and do not require explicit registration or declaration.

Exception:
Some programme code or textual material on my websites is labelled as Open Source material. Such content references an Open Source license model -- GPLv3 or similar. Content that is labelled as being open source may be used, copied, modified, and forwarded according to the referenced model.
Responsibilities & Accountability

I am responsible for all content in the document root of my web servers, i.e. for all content of the websites at http://www.vonabiszet.de, http://www.zwergfell.de, http://www.webfuersorge.de and http://www.meinenserver.de .

Music authors and publishers may have a share in music (audio or video files) that I publish. It is the responsibility of those who reuse my web content to acquire the agreement of the authors and/or publishers and/or to handle respective claims. Note that the copyright concerning my band's work on such a song remains untouched, i.e. re-using the material still requires my written approval.

I am not responsible for other people's websites. The success of the www is based on cross website linking, and my web content also contains links to other websites. Please note that I have no means to control the content behind the mentioned external links and will not take on any responsibility for the content behind these links.
Content on external websites may be subject to change. It may happen that the content my links refer to will no longer be in-line with my aspirations mentioned below. Should this happen and should you discover this before I do, I would be glad to receive a notification so I can remove or change such links.

In case you see illegal content published on my website, computer crime cannot be excluded, i.e. other people may have taken control over my system. To cease the publication of this material and to help me keep my shop clean please inform me as quick as possible please.

If you find my name listed as the author in newsgroups or forums please note that it is very unlikely that the contributor is indeed my person. There are more people with my name in and outside my family. I usually write under alias names that are not data collector friendly. (Blame it on the data collectors, not on me.)
Aspiration

I claim not to publish (or even link to) content of the following genres:
- Content that offends or questions human dignity. This includes text or multimedia content that hurts or discriminates people with regards to their health, disability, appearance, origin, religion or sexual orientation.
- Illegal information and files.
- Material that is liable to corrupt the young or that is tasteless.
- Content that works against social behaviour or against the protection of nature and environment.
